is it possible to temporary disable the search indexing in Litium? We run a pricelist import that looks to make the index push litium to application restart. Is it possible to disable the indexing while we a re importing and then trigger rebuild? Litium version: 7.3 ---

During the time the indexing is stopped all the changed items will still be tracked and put into the index queue and will be indexed as fast you run the `Start*()` method. ---
