# Important: Litium 8.30 withdrawn – upgrade to 8.30.1 required

## **Important: Litium 8.30 withdrawn – upgrade to 8.30.1 required**

We have withdrawn **Litium version 8.30** due to the discovery of a **critical bug** that may cause unintended data loss in production environments.

A **service release, Litium 8.30.1** , has now been published and fully replaces 8.30.

### **What this means**

- Version **8.30.1** contains a fix for the critical issue found in 8.30

- Version **8.30** should no longer be used

### **Required action**

If you are currently running **Litium 8.30** , we strongly recommend that you **upgrade to 8.30.1 as soon as possible**.

- Litium 8.30.1 is available via the standard distribution channels

- Release notes (link) contain full details of the included fix
