Bug in latest 7.3.0 patch?

I have plenty of inventory items on a particular variant, but when we access the checkout page that variant is removed due to “out of stock”.

The GetStockStatuses in ProductsAreInStock validator returns a null response.

Any idea why this is?

There is only one assortment, only one inventory and there are 100 items in stock on that variant.
Even if you add only one item in checkout, it’s removed.
