I think you will have some information in the Litium log when you upload the file to identify the issue here.
Also the config looks correct.
No errors in the log but I found this in a TRACE message.

I can see that it have been added an extra , in the end of the row here. Can you try to remove that?

I can see that I missed to answer this one. I’m usual using the Developer tools inside Kibana to exeacute commands on the elasticsearch instance. You can also use any tool that can do http-requests to the server, example curl, to execute the different steps.
