When I start running litium application I am getting error “ModuleECommerce does not exists or the license for this module has expired”

If you working in a project for a customer you can use the customer license also when developing on your local computer.
I have a license.config file but it is still not working.I have loaded Litium Dlls into my solution instead of litium nuget because i dont have it.So what can I do now?Any help would be appreciated
