Plan not being set automatically while having multiple assortments

Hello!

I’ve encountered a behaviour which I would like to change if possible regarding the setting of plans for products. As stated in the title it’s regarding multiple assortments.

When I add the product to a category in assortment 1 the plan gets set with the Main Category checkbox being checked which is desired in my case. However it doesn’t get set when I add it to a category from assortment 2. This is ofcourse able to be done manually but it’s alot of extra work.

Is this behaviour intended and if so can I change it somehow?

This seems like a bug. If you add the category from the product view, the main category will be set for both assortments. But if you add a product from the category view, only one will be set.

Can you create a bug report on Docs, please?
