Rate and review addon for Litium 7

I have questions regarding the state of the addon Rate and review. We have a customer that say they have paid for the addon to use with their Litium 7.4.2 solution but the addon no longer are listed under addons and even the addon information under the Litium 7 pages says that it only works with Litium 6 but then it is strange that listed under Litium 7 addons.

Litium version: 7.4.2

We need to check that with R&D, I see PRs for 7.4.2 but that was not merged or released.
