Release product URL:s in PIM

When a product is deleted in the PIM, it seems like the URL that was used, is being reserved. I would like to release these URL:s and re-use them for new products. In the CMS, the URL:s are released once the trash can is emptied. How would I do it in the PIM?

I cannot reproduce this issue, which steps should i do to get the error?
