Setting backoffice restrictions on admin roles

Hi forum,

I have a case where I need to set restrictions on what a back office admin is allowed to edit. For example a “EnglishAdmin” user can edit the english values of Websitefields, but not the swedish values.

Anyone have a place to start for such a feature?
