Setting up VAT display rules for non-EU countries

Hi,

We need to set up price display rules for a Norway channel, and since we ship from Sweden we need to deduct the VAT. However, we don’t want to display prices without VAT on the site, since the customer will need to pay VAT once in Norway, but we wan’t to deduct the VAT in the checkout.

If we deselect “Show Prices in VAT” on the channel settings, the checkout works OK, but the prices on the site (product pages and so on) will display prices that are lower than the customer will pay once the Norwegian tax has been added, so that’s no good.

What’s the preferred way of doing this?

One suggestion can be that you have the “Show prices with VAT” to true and have a logic on the checkout that if shipping to Norway then deduct the tax from the calculation and total.
