Add new editor field on delivery method in BO

Hi!

Is it possible to add a new input field (editor field) on the delivery methods in BackOffice?

Settings in backoffice are locked but you can create a custom page as described.

1.Do I need to create a custom page with all the fields that should be found on a delivery method? or is it enough to create a custom page with the extra editor field that I need?
2. How can I connect the new created editor field to the existing DeliveryMethod model?

You can not connect an Editor field to a DeliveryMethod model, what is the goal doing this?
