Blocks on category page

Hello everyone!

We have a client who wants a more rich experience on a category page. We would like to be able to have blocks on that page, is that possible?
Another solution would be to create a content page with a “category” block that shows all products with filter.

There’s a page type called Landing page that you can connect to a category by pointer. You can use blocks on this page and they will be loaded together with the category.
