Email is not sending on Order Confirmation

I have creating the order successfully but no email is shhoting when the order is confirmed i added the email configuration in backoffice and also have smtp in my web.config. i dont know what is happening why email is not sending as the proper code is written for it…one more thing we are performing the migration activity the email is properly sending on the older tenant and we applied the same configuration here but email is not sending…plz help its urgent
