Error.cshtml instead of getting the 500 page in the CMS

Hello. In what scenario can this have happened? The Accelerator is throwing an exception and looking for Error.cshtml instead of getting the 500 page in the CMS? Tried to decorate IWebLog to extend logging but it is not in the service collection. The log in backoffice doesn’t give much.

Common issue is that you don’t have a published 500-page on the site and channel you are browsing on so that is good to check but not sure if that causes this error. If you add more channels to a site it is often forgotten to publish 404 and 500 pages in the new channels.
