It suggests there could be some bad data in the database. Have you checked what’s stored for _url for that base product?

I don’t have access to database, is this something you could help me to find out what’s wrong?

Everything looked alright in the database. Issue had to with invalid data in the caches and was resolved after restarting application and starting a new Redis cache revision.
