Person update error

We have the following issue while trying to update person details using the PersonService, recently we have enabled redis in our application and moved to litium drift servers, and we get these kind of errors while trying to update Person, Variants etc. Seems it is not an issue all the time but happens sometime.

Data in database seems to be correct and it wouldn’t reflect in BO until we make a change in any of the fields and update it from litium BO. Could you help?

Seems like cache is out of sync, try to clear the cache.

This seems to happen now and then. So would be difficult to track whether the cache is in sync?

Check the field:

AssignedToSellerName

in the DB, either that or the cache is corrupt.

Does it happen in production? Have you restored any database backup in conjunction when this is happening?

Sounds like a discrepancy occurs between the Redis cache and the database. If you’re restoring data from backup you also need to increment the Redis prefix.
