How to remove a baseproduct in Litium 7.6.1?

How do one remove a baseproduct in litium 7.6.1?
There is no for me visible remove button on the product page.
When you search you get hit on variants and the remove button i searchresult only removed the variant.
If i remove a product in a category it is just disconnected from the category.

It’s also strange that it isn’t even possible to search for baseproduct without variants and baseproduct with variant are not visible in the categories either even if connected.

Only way i found to find a baseproducts without variant is to get the systemId from the database and paste it in the address bar.

Litium version: 7.6.1

In the search result you can switch to show the base products instead of the variants, then your base product will show up with the possibility to edit or remove
