Manual order doesn't calculate shipping cost corectly

I’m having a problem with manually created orders (created in the backoffice) and totals.

If I create a manual order, add a product row, add a delivery with cost, the shipping cost field on the order is 0. Shouldn’t this show the cost associated with the delivery, or am I doing something wrong here?

Litium version: 6.2.2

If it is the “Shipping excl VAT” in the following view that you mean not showing the correct Default amount?

If I enter a value there end check the Order total tab I can see that the value is included
