Is there any way to rename the labels in predefined campaign action settings ?

Yes, you can add your own resource file with a text for the key CampaignPriceInclVAT.
https://docs.litium.com/documentation/previous-versions/litium-6/architecture/back-office/translations

Basically, create the folder Site > Resources > ModuleECommerce and add a resource file with the above key and your text.

You can use CustomStrings.sv-se.resx to add a Swedish value.
