Is there a way in Litium 7 to create strongly typed objects (e.g. websites, pages, products)? In older version you had the Litium.Studio.Builders.CmsPageTypeExtensions class which is now deprecated.

No, it does not exist any way to use the builders that was existing before.
The view model object is more or less the same but they are missing the easy mapping with attributes and automatic creation of field templates from that. We will look into this area more for future version (version is not decided) and we are happy to get all input about how you what it to work for both developer and administrators in back office.
