Hi, We’re seeing a huge amount of logs of type Litium.IWebLog with the message: IWebLog exception ‘The request queue limit of the session is exceeded.’: e28efa14-c934-4bd9-bd… (different GUIDs per BO user).
This happens when some of the back office users makes updates in Litium. It seems to be the same three users that creates the most log entries, approximately 6 logs on the same millisecond so it creates quite a noice in the log. These three users often makes a lot of updates in the PIM, so a guess here is that they do a lot of updates regarding products and cateories and this causes this problem for some reason.
So to the question(s): can we avoid this in some way? I’ve seen that you can increase the default request timeout limit and set it to something huge and I guess that this will solve the problem but can that introduce some side effects in other places in Litium?
Thanks,
