Where is my VAT in Litium 7

Where do one specify VAT amount i litium 7.
There you can set with out without VAT on the pricelist but where can i set that article x has VAT x%?

I can se that therre are something called VAT groups but that is just a name i cant fins on the website, in the cahennel or market where you specify VAt for a VAT group and exports now only include the price no VAT kolumn

You set the percentage in /Litium/UI/settings/system/countries/ , choose a country and inside there should be a grouping called “Tax classes”
