We are changing the name of the organization and it is displayed in the database correct.
query: SELECT OrganizationName FROM Relations_Organization WHERE CustomerNumber = ‘nr’
But there is no change in backoffice when searching for the organzation. Why?

Did you try restarting the site and rebuild the search index?
I did try and rebuild the search index, no result.
I don’t think a restart of the site is optimal, because the customer are changing the name in production via integration.
How does integration change the name, is it directly in the database?
Not sure what caused the problem, but it’s not an issue anymore. It seems to work again
