Database spring cleaning? :)

One of our sites have been active for several years, and as a result, the database is huge and hard to work with, so I was just wondering if you have any script available, maybe some part of the GDPR functionality. To Remove all “backend data” older than let’s say one year?

To safly remove all, orders, meta, logs, etc, etc thats no longer needed, but keep all public facing thinks like pages and products?
