Easy way to remove all products and variants? Can we do it in BackOffice or do we have to do it with SQL? If so do you have a SQL script file we can use so we don’t mess up anything else?

You could do an search without any search values in BO, select all the products in the result and then click Delete. (Make sure to have a backup available before you test it)
