Is there any way for us to know when an index queue is done processing?
So that I can trigger some code when a productlist is done updating or a renidex is complete?

There are no such events available since indexing on production is always working on something because things are happening continuously. But you can look into how it’s been done with PurchaseHistories which triggers another run when the indexing of a rebuild is done.
