Global blocks not visible

Good Afternoon!

We are using Litium 7 accelerator and have a problem with global blocks.
When I add a block to start page it works fine but when I make the block global it is no longer shown on site. Permissions, channel etc looks ok on global block as far as I can see.
What am I missing here?

Is the global block itself published? Either from the block itself or by using the option to publish global blocks from a page.

Thanks. No, it wasn’t published. I found it on page in Manage publishing - Global blocks - Include all.
But how do I publish from the block itself?

If you go to Websites > Global Blocks and edit your block from there, you can access Quick publish and Manage publishing from the dotted menu.
