Published site is not the same as in BO

I did make some changes to my startpage and added a block and it looks good in BO. But when I publish and go to the url the changes are not visible. And in the BO it looks like it’s published with the new look.
I do not get any error when I’m publishing and cant see any errors in the log. Did also restart the app-pool and that stuff with no change.
Anywone seen this behavior?

Is it a local or global block? Do you have any audience configuration for the block that could make it hidden for visitor?

It’s a global block with no audience configuration or any other channel settings.

Compared again with other blocks and found out that the Visitors group was not added under Audience. Added it and the block was displayed.
