Limit a elastic Document to backoffice server

Hi i have two Elastic questions. We have a elastic index that is only run ones after every release. it is havey.

A: We only want the documents to be built on the backoffice server. how can we do this?

B: Can we limit the amount of concurrent workers for a given index? For this index we only want 5 workers max.
