No response after pressing save when creating a new order discount campaign

Hi, I’m trying to create a new campaign using the campaigns UI in the admin but when I press the save button the page just keeps on loading and there is no response. I also tried to add some channel but when I press the OK button there’s also no response. Has anyone had experienced this before? Please advise. Thanks in advance!

Litium version: 7.4

Have you filled out the mandatory fields on all tabs?
Do you get any errors in the log?

I think the mandatory field that I have not filled is the channel which also has some problems as mentioned above.
When I try to press the OK button on the pop-up nothing happens as well, the popup window does not close or no confirmation if a channel was added, so I assumed that the channel I checked was added automagically.

I checked the logs but I don’t see any errors after pressing the Save button or the OK button when trying to add some channel.

No errors in console or timeouts/errors/etc in Network tab either?

Sorry for the late reply. Yes, there were no errors in console or timeouts or network related errors.
It seems that the UI somehow unresponsive when clicked.
For the meantime, as a workaround, we just created a campaign via code.
