We have set “Index the page” to “No” for a bunch of pages but they show up in /sitemap.axd
Is this expected behaviour or a bug? How can I exclude these pages from sitemap?
I’ve tried to use /sitemap.axd?Refresh=True as suggested in Sitemap settings and behavior but then I get an error:
