Upgrade error - CustomerNumber is not unique

When running the Update-LitiumDatabase command (from L5.5.2 -> L6.2) I encounter the following error

“CustomerNumber (XXXXXX-XXXX) for Organization in Relations is not unique (after space is removed).”

for 4 different CustomerNumbers. But when querying the database, all CustomerNumbers seem to be unique. What might be the problem?

Litium version: 6.2

Did you check if customer number is unique also when removing spaces?
It needs to be unique within both persons and organizations.

My bad, forgot to check for whitespace inside the CustomerNumber. Found some duplicates now.
