What could cause global campaigns to only show up in incognito?

Hi, we are having some sporadic and strange campaign issues, sometimes the campaigns prices are not visible on a listing or category, but are visible if you visit the site in incognito or clear everything.

One time loging out helpt, often clearing the cart helps, sometimes the cart is empty, the user is not logged in, and only incognito or a clearing seams to help.

It happens very sporadically so it’s hard to debug but it does not seem related to different fronts. And I just need to understand what could possibly be involved?

Do you have more than one channel on the same domain?

We only have one Channel per domain, and it’s present in 7.3, any insight of what part to debug would be grate, what session could possible be involved? For en example how can older products in the cart messup the campaign prices on category listings?
