The implementation of KSS in the addon is agnostic to the TMS used by Klarna, it only retrieves the options provided by Klarna, sets the cost and saves the information about the chosen delivery on the orders delivery.
It’s possible Consignor requires additional steps past order placement, but they haven’t provided any information about that on their page.
