Error when sending email using litiumdrift smtpserver

We are sending emails through litiumdrift http://mail3.litiumdrift.se but can not able to send “failer sending email” we have a sender account on outlook .we are doing it on production environment not on a local machine. need urgent help
one more thing should i need to set the credential server smtp email below is the screen shot

Hi, I think you should open an support case with details about the issue, customer etc so the support can help you with the issue.

Hi, One Thing is when i put the credentials in smtp e-mail it starts sending email but with empty subject body … did you have any idea why it is happening?
