The response from Klarna says Unauthorized so that looks like it could be the source of the issue. Did other orders work right before/after this one was placed, or are there similar responses from Klarna? Also, is the order available in the Klarna portal (portal.klarna.com)?
orders did work before and after this order, this particular order is not found in klarna, and klarna doesn’t have any logs, that it has been sent to klarna.
