We have a tricky scenario regarding Klarna.
- Customer places order
- Order gets reserved in Klarna
- The inventory warehouse says “We can only deliver 2 of 3 items in the order”
- Customer service asks the customer if 2 is Okay (It is in this case)
- Litium changes the order
- No, we can’t tell the Inventory warehouse to have correct stock.
- Now Klarna will think that 3 items are ordered but only 2 will be delivered.
- No part deliverys will be made from the inventory wearhouse.
How do we solve the issue with the missmatch between Klarna and Litium after the order is placed?
Can we update the reserved order in Klarna from Litium? Or can we use part delivery but cancel 1 of the deliveries?
